Will the characters really look like us?+
It's AI illustration, not a photo, but you approve the character design before paying. We redraw once, and you can walk away if it still isn't right.
Can the venue play it?+
You get a 1920×1080 MP4 that plays at most venues. If yours needs another format, we'll re-export it.
Can we use our own song?+
Each film comes with an original track. You can send a song you bought, but commercial songs shouldn't be posted on YouTube or socials.
What happens to our photos?+
Used only to make your film and deleted 30 days after delivery.
