TwoShotPro sells credit packs as a single, one-time purchase. Nothing renews, there is no subscription to cancel, and credits do not expire.

1. Credit replenishment instead of monetary refund

Each generation spends real high-performance GPU compute the moment it runs, so monetary cash refunds are not offered. Instead, if you encounter any technical error or issue with your generation, we immediately replenish and grant credits to your account so you can continue creating beautiful photos. Please purchase only after reviewing the sample photos on the site and understanding what the tool produces.

2. See the quality before you buy

We show real, unretouched model output across the site so you can judge the quality before spending anything. And if a generation ever fails, your credit is safely preserved in your balance automatically.

3. Failed generations are credited back immediately

If a generation fails outright, the credit is not consumed — it stays in your balance automatically. If something technical goes wrong with your generation, email support@twoshotpro.com and we will swiftly grant you replacement credits. Resolution is handled promptly via credits.

4. Payment processing

Payments are handled by PayPal or KG Inicis (PortOne), which securely process your card or account details.

5. Contact us first for credit support

If anything about a purchase looks wrong, contact us first. We respond promptly and will resolve the issue much faster by granting additional credits to your account.
