These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TwoShotPro ("we", "us", the "Service"), available at twoshotpro.com. By uploading a photo or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service does
TwoShotPro lets you upload two photos — one of yourself and one of another real person, with their knowledge and consent — and uses AI image generation to place both people together in a chosen scene. The Service is currently free while it is in early access; paid plans may be introduced later, and these Terms will be updated accordingly before any charges apply.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must only upload photos of yourself and of people who have given you permission to upload their photo for this purpose.
- You must not upload photos of anyone under 18.
- You must not use the Service to create content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or that impersonates a real person without consent.
- You are responsible for the images you upload and how you use the images you download.
3. AI-generated output
Results are generated by AI models and are approximations, not guaranteed exact likenesses. We do not warrant that any generated image will meet your expectations. You may download and use your generated images for personal use.
4. No fabricated public figures
The Service is designed to combine two photos you provide — it is not intended to generate images of celebrities, public figures, or any other real person whose photo you have not uploaded with consent. Do not attempt to use the Service for this purpose.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwoShotPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves, particularly once paid plans are introduced. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
