HANBOK PHOTOSHOOT

A hanbok photoshoot for the two of you — no rental, no trip to Seoul

A hanbok photoshoot usually means renting outfits near Gyeongbokgung, booking a photographer and hoping the light holds. Here you upload one selfie each and choose between two hanbok scenes: a modern pastel hanbok snap on the wooden porch of a hanok, or a full Joseon-style wedding in hwalot and samogwandae.

  • ✓ 57 scenes
  • ✓ Ready in 2–10 minutes

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, a few minutes

  1. 01

    Upload a selfie each

Clear, front-facing photos; no hanbok or styling needed on your side.

  2. 02

    Choose modern or traditional

Modern hanbok snap (pastel jeogori, ivory chima, navy durumagi) or a traditional wedding (red hwalot, jokduri, samogwandae).

  3. 03

    Keep the best takes

Four takes per credit in about 2–10 minutes — a portrait, a close-up and wider courtyard framings.

Modern hanbok snap

The most-requested Korean pre-wedding look: she wears a pale pink jeogori with an ivory chima, he wears a navy durumagi, and the two sit on the maru porch of a hanok with warm afternoon light coming through paper doors. It is softer and more casual than a wedding hanbok and suits invitations well.

Traditional Korean wedding (hwalot & samogwandae)

For a pyebaek-style look, the bride wears a red hwalot with a jokduri headpiece and yeonji dots, and the groom wears samogwandae with the samo hat, in a sunlit hanok courtyard. The outfit is part of the scene, so it does not look like a costume pasted over a photo.

Frequently asked questions

Can AI make hanbok photos from my selfie?

Yes. Upload a selfie of each person and choose the modern hanbok or traditional wedding scene; the outfit and hanok setting come with the scene.

Can non-Koreans wear hanbok in these photos?

Yes. Hanbok photoshoots are popular with visitors to Korea of every background, and the scene works for any couple.

Can I do a hanbok photo on my own?

Yes. Solo mode creates a fictional partner from just your photo.

How much does it cost?

It is a paid tool with one-time packs: Basic $29 for 12 photos at 2K, Professional $45 for 32 photos at 2K, Executive $110 for 48 photos at 4K. No subscription, nothing renews, and credits never expire. Before paying you can make a free likeness preview — a sketch of your face — to check the resemblance.

How accurate is the likeness?

They are AI-generated, so treat them as portraits made from your features rather than a photograph of a day that happened. Every image is checked against your upload for resemblance before it reaches you, and a clear, front-facing selfie in daylight gives the closest result. Hands, jewellery and small text can still come out imperfect; that is why each credit returns four takes.

Are my photos stored?

Your selfies are sent to the image model for the length of the request and are never stored on our servers. The editor keeps them on your own device for 24 hours so you can come back and continue. Only the finished images are saved — privately, to your My Photos gallery.
